These terms govern your use of the website subsea.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Subsea Pty Ltd ("Subsea", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. They do not replace the contract, quotation or service agreement that applies to any work Subsea performs for you: those documents prevail for the services themselves.

1. Information on the Site

The Site describes our services, vessels and past projects for general information only. Vessel specifications, capabilities, availability and certifications are indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quotation or professional advice. Any work is subject to a written scope and quotation agreed with you.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract. A contract only arises when we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing, or when we otherwise agree terms in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Site, including text, photographs, vessel data, drawings, the Subsea name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Subsea and protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. Third-party logos, including those of classification societies, remain the property of their owners.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site in a way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with the Site or its hosting, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system or data. You must not use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site.

5. Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites operated by third parties, such as regulators, classification societies or social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

6. Disclaimer and liability

We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Subsea excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
